Graphitization Furnace Operation Training: A Training System from Novic"&"e to Independent Operator

Graphitization furnaces are complex devices involving the coupling of multiple systems, including high temperature, vacuum, electrical, and water cooling. Improper operation can lead to equipment damage or even personal "&"injury. Systematic operation training is essential.

Phase 1: Theoretical Training (1 week)

Content Covers:

  • Equipment Principles: Basic principles of graphitization process, equi"&"pment structure and workflow
  • Safety Knowledge: High-temperature burns, vacuum safety, electrical safety, gas safety
  • Process Fundamentals: Temperature profile design, atmosphere control, charging method"&"s
  • Operating Procedures: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), emergency handling

Phase Two: Simulated Operation (1 week)

Practice in the equipment simulation system or offline mode:

  • Familiariz"&"e yourself with the interface operation
  • Process recipe calling and editing
  • Alarm handling practice
  • Emergency situation simulation

Simulated operation allows for safe mistakes without causing damage to equipmen"&"t or products.

**Phase 3: Hands-on Instruction (2-4 weeks)** **Practical operation under the guidance of experienced instructors:** **Observe an experienced instructor operating a complete batch of equipment.** **Gradually participate in each stage"&" under the supervision of an experienced instructor.** **Operate independently with guidance from an experienced instructor.** **Phase 4: Assessment and Certification** **Upon passing the theoretical and practical assessments, an **Operator Qualificati"&"on Certificate** will be issued. Certification is required for operation; independent operation is prohibited without a certificate.**

Experience: Systematic"&" training of 2-4 weeks can enable beginners to grasp basic operating skills, but truly being able to independently handle various abnormal situations requires 3-6 months of practical experience. The time and money invested in training are far less than th"&"e losses caused by operational errors.
