A specialized vacuum tempering solution designed for high-strength steel (HSS), ultra-high-strength steel (UHSS), and tool steels. Under vacuum or inert gas protection, it effectively eliminates residual quenching stresses and precisely balances strength and toughness, while completely preventing oxidation and decarburization.
This series of vacuum tempering furnaces is engineered for aerospace, automotive, and tool steel industries. By using deep vacuum protection, it ensures the surface chemical composition of high-strength steel remains unchanged during tempering (up to 950°C), effectively preventing decarburization. Combined with segmented PID control, it enables precise microstructure management for consistent hardness distribution.
