A specialized deep degassing solution for DT4C/DT4A Electromagnetic Pure Iron, soft magnetic alloys, and vacuum electronic devices. By utilizing deep high-vacuum and pure hydrogen protection, it effectively removes internal impurity atoms (C, N, O), significantly boosting permeability and reducing coercivity for superior magnetic stability.
This series of DT4C degassing furnaces is engineered for soft magnetic materials and vacuum devices requiring extreme purity. Equipped with multi-level safety interlocked hydrogen control and multi-stage vacuum systems, it removes residual gases and impurities through hydrogen reduction and high-temperature degassing at up to 950°C. This enhances magnetic induction and ensures low outgassing rates during vacuum encapsulation.
