A specialized pre-carbonization solution for lithium battery anodes (pitch coating), graphite, and PI films. Operating at 400-950°C, the furnace is equipped with a dedicated tar collection and tail gas system. It utilizes 30-stage programmable heating curves to precisely manage volatiles, significantly improving the initial coulombic efficiency (ICE) of anode materials.

Product Overview

This series of pre-carbonization furnaces is designed for the research and mass production of new energy materials. It is an essential pre-treatment step for graphite, coke, and PI films before high-temperature graphitization. Addressing the organic volatiles generated during carbonization, the furnace features a corrosion-resistant water-cooled seal and a specialized tar trap, ensuring a stable, eco-friendly process without the risk of clogging.
