I. Clear Acceptance Procedure
-
Document Verification: Both parties jointly verify the quantity and models of equipment and spare parts, and check whether technical documents are complete.
-
Visual Inspection: Check for any damage to the equipment during transportation and installation.
-
No-Load Operation: Test whether mechanisms (furnace door, valves, pumps, etc.) operate normally and whether safety interlocks are effective.
-
Key Performance Testing (Core): Conduct temperature rise testing under full load or simulated load, which is the core of SAT. The equipment will automatically operate according to the process curve specified in the technical agreement to assess:
-
Maximum Temperature: Whether it reaches the agreed requirement.
-
Heating Rate: Whether it meets the set value.
-
Temperature Control Accuracy: Whether stability during the holding stage meets standards.
-
Temperature Field Uniformity: Whether it meets the ±X°C requirement within the effective heating zone (if specified in the agreement).
-
Pressure Rise Rate/Sealing: For vacuum furnaces, test whether the pressure rise rate is Qualifed.
-
II. Clear Acceptance Standards
III. Completion of Acceptance
When all test items are Qualifed, both parties will sign the "Site Acceptance Report (SAT Report)" on-site, officially marking the equipment's acceptance and commencing the warranty period.
