I. Clear Delivery Cycle

For standard non-standard customized equipment, the standard production cycle from contract effectiveness (receipt of down payment) to completion of manufacturing and in-house testing ready for shipment is 3 months (approximately 90 working days) . This cycle does not include transportation time or on-site installation and commissioning time.

II. Key Path Milestones

We break down the entire project into clear milestone nodes, which will be specified in the contract for your convenience in tracking progress:

• Technical Design Confirmation (within 2 weeks after contract effectiveness): Completion of general assembly drawings, foundation drawings, electrical schematics, and other technical documents for your confirmation.

• Key Component Procurement and Furnace Body Manufacturing (Months 1-2): Raw material procurement, furnace body welding, machining, and surface treatment.

• Electrical Assembly and Integration (Month 2.5): Control cabinet assembly, wiring, and final assembly with the mechanical主体.

• In-House Testing (FAT) and Acceptance (Month 3): Comprehensive no-load and load testing before shipment, with you invited to participate in factory acceptance.

III. Commitment and Assurance

      We will strictly adhere to the delivery date specified in the contract. If delays occur due to our reasons, we will bear corresponding liability for breach of          contract as stipulated.
