I. Standard Payment Milestones and Ratios

The standard payment process we recommend is as follows, with specific ratios negotiable based on project scale:

  • After Contract Signing: Pay 50% of the total contract price as an advance payment.

    • Purpose: Used for project initiation, procurement of core raw materials and components such as steel, stainless steel plates, and major purchased parts (e.g., vacuum pumps, power supplies, PLC).

  • After Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Before Shipment: Pay 30% of the total contract price as a shipment payment.

    • Purpose: Covers the main costs of equipment manufacturing and arranges shipment.

  • After On-Site Installation, Commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT): Pay 10% of the total contract price as a commissioning payment.

    • Purpose: Settles the final payment for installation and commissioning.

  • After the One-Year Warranty Period Expires: Pay 10% of the total contract price as a warranty retention.

    • Purpose: Serves as a guarantee for our performance of warranty period services.

This ensures we have the necessary funds to initiate the project in the early stages of manufacturing, while also giving you sufficient at key milestones such as equipment shipment, installation, commissioning, and stable operation. It embodies the principle of shared risks and win-win cooperation.
