II. Core Component Warranty

• Longer Warranty for Core Components: Yes, for some high-value core purchased components provided by well-known brand suppliers, the warranty period we offer is consistent with the original manufacturer's warranty policy, typically longer than the 1-year complete machine warranty. For example:

  • Medium Frequency Power Supply System: Main power devices (such as IGBT modules) often enjoy a 2-year original manufacturer warranty.

  • Vacuum Pump Set: Well-known brand vacuum pumps (such as Pfeiffer, Leybold) typically provide a 1-year or longer warranty.

  • PLC, Touchscreen: Well-known brands (such as Siemens, Mitsubishi) typically provide a 2-3 year warranty.
    We will clearly list the brands, models, and corresponding original manufacturer warranty periods for these core components in the contract, ensuring your rights are clear and transparent.

III. Consumables Explanation

• Components Not Included: Graphite heating elements, insulation felt, sealing rings inside the furnace are normal process consumables. Their lifespan is strongly correlated with usage process conditions, so they are not included in the standard warranty. However, we will provide expected lifespan descriptions and purchasing guidelines.
