High-Temperature Graphitization Furnace

Core Application: Specifically designed for ultra-high temperature graphitization production of PI film (polyimide), lithium battery anode materials, carbon fiber filaments, and various carbon materials. Technical Specifications: Maximum design temperature of 3000°C, with a typical operating temperature of 2900°C. Ultimate heating rate reaches 200°C/min (empty furnace), with temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. Equipment Highlights: Utilizes high-efficiency medium frequency power supply induction heating, combined with thickened alumina insulation material for minimal heat loss. The crucible bottom employs high-strength rigid composite felt support, providing consumable parts with a service life 1.2 times longer than similar products.

Introduction

Yuanhang High-Temperature Graphitization Furnace is a high-efficiency heat treatment equipment developed for the modern carbon material industry. This series of equipment is commonly used in ultra-high temperature environments up to 3000°C and serves as a core tool  for manufacturing high-thermal-conductivity graphite films (converted from PI film), lithium-ion battery anode powders, and the graphitization of various carbon materials. By optimizing the furnace chamber design, we ensure extremely high temperature consistency while significantly reducing equipment power requirements, achieving a perfect balance between high output and low energy consumption.
