Core Specifications: Maximum temperature of 3000°C. Through ultra-high temperature heat treatment, it promotes the orderly stacking and rearrangement of the hexagonal network structure of carbon atoms, achieving a high degree of graphitization and significantly increasing the internal carbon content. Intelligent Integration: Equipped with high-precision imported infrared temperature measurement and the latest IGBT constant current power supply. Built-in air curtain isolation system and internal circulating pure water cooling ensure atmosphere purity and equipment stability during continuous operation.

产品简介 / Introduction

Yuanhang Continuous Graphitization Furnace is primarily used for various flexible carbon materials under inert atmosphere protection, continuously passing through a high-temperature zone of 2000-3000°C. During this process, the microscopic hexagonal network structure of the material begins to rearrange and grow toward a planar grid, forming orderly stacked graphite crystals. This equipment is particularly suitable for high-modulus pitch-based carbon fibers, vapor-grown carbon fibers, graphite paper (flexible graphite), and other materials capable of withstanding certain tension and achieving self-towing. It is an essential tool for the industrial-scale production of high-end carbon materials.
