Graphite Felt Carbonization Furnace

Rigid felt, using polyacrylonitrile-based carbon felt or graphite felt as the base material, is produced through special processes of bonding, curing, shaping, carbonization, and high-temperature treatment. It exhibits excellent shape retention, self-supporting capability, low density, no shedding of short fibers, high surface finish, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, good thermal shock resistance (no cracking or deformation during long-term use), long service life, easy installation and replacement, and can withstand temperatures up to 3000°C. It is an ideal new type of thermal insulation material for high-temperature vacuum equipment and high-temperature equipment in non-oxidizing atmospheres.

Primarily used for high-temperature treatment of carbon/carbon composites, rigid insulation felt, cured felt, carbon fiber insulation materials, graphite products, and also for graphitization of other materials.

Products in various shapes including flat plates, disks, and cylinders can be processed according to user requirements with low machining tolerances.
