I. Standard Production Cycle

For standard non-standard customized equipment, from contract effectiveness (receipt of advance payment) to completion of manufacturing, testing, and readiness for shipment at our factory, the standard production cycle is 3 months (approximately 90 working days) . This cycle represents net production time, excluding statutory holidays and transportation time.

II. Liability for Delayed Delivery

We solemnly commit to making every effort to complete equipment production within the delivery period specified in the contract. If delays occur due to our reasons (not force majeure or changes requested by you), we will clearly define liability for breach of contract in the agreement.

Industry Practice: The typical liability clause is: for each day of delay, we will pay you liquidated damages amounting to 0.1% (one thousandth) of the total contract price. The total amount of liquidated damages has an upper limit (e.g., not exceeding 5% of the total contract price). This demonstrates our sincerity in fulfilling the contract and provides substantial protection for your project schedule.

III. Guarantee Measures

Through mature project management methods, we exercise control over the entire process of design, procurement, production, and testing, ensuring resource allocation and minimizing delays to the greatest extent possible.
