I. Comprehensive Monitoring and Protection
Yes, our water cooling system is equipped with three types of sensors—flow, pressure, and temperature—and features strict alarm interlocks, constituting triple protection:
Flow Protection: Flow sensors or flow switches are installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of key components such as induction coils and power cabinets. When detected water flow falls below the set safety value, the system immediately alarms and cuts off heating.
Pressure Protection: An electrical contact pressure gauge is installed at the main water inlet of the equipment to monitor inlet pressure in real time. Pressure that is too low or too high will trigger an alarm.
Temperature Protection: Temperature sensors are installed at the outlet of key components (such as coils) to monitor outlet temperature in real time. Excessive temperature indicates insufficient cooling efficiency, and the system will alarm.
II. Redundant Alarms and Interlocks
Digital and Physical Dual Alarms: The above signals are connected to the PLC for digital monitoring and alarm. Simultaneously, a mechanical electrical contact pressure gauge is also installed on the main pipeline as a physical-level redundant protection, capable of directly切断 the control circuit even if the PLC fails.
Graded Alarms: The system can set two levels: pre-alarm (reminder for attention) and over-limit alarm (interlock shutdown), ensuring safety while avoiding unnecessary shutdowns.
III. Customer Value
This system effectively prevents serious accidents such as coil melting and power supply burnout caused by cooling water interruption, insufficient water pressure, excessive water temperature, or pipeline blockage, protecting core components and avoiding significant economic losses.
