I. Core Shielding Technology: Double-Layer Sealed Metal Furnace Body

  • Working Principle: Our graphitization furnace adopts a fully metal double-layer water-cooled shell design. This sealed metal furnace body itself serves as an efficient Faraday cage. The alternating electromagnetic field generated by induction heating is completely confined within the furnace chamber, used for heating the graphite heating elements, while the electromagnetic field intensity leaking outside the equipment is attenuated to extremely low levels, nearly zero.

II. Compliance Statement

  • Complies with Safety Standards: Our equipment follows relevant Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and occupational health safety standards during the design phase. According to actual measurements, the electromagnetic field intensity around the equipment (especially in operating areas) is far below the public exposure limits stipulated by organizations such as the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), fully complying with industrial equipment safety operation standards.

III. Safety Operation Recommendations

       Although the equipment itself is safe, we recommend not standing close to the furnace body for extended periods during operation, especially directly in front of the            furnace door. This is not due to radiation risks, but follows general safety precaution principles regarding potential hazards such as high temperature and high pressure.
