I. Strict Temperature Control Standards

  • Commitment and Standard: We guarantee that during long-term operation under rated conditions, the maximum temperature of all accessible non-water-cooled outer surfaces (such as furnace shell sides, external furnace door frames, control cabinet surfaces, etc.) will be stably controlled below 45°C.

  • Safety Basis: This temperature value is far below the limits for preventing personnel burns specified in domestic and international industrial safety standards (such as national standard GB/T 18110-2017, typically 60°C or 70°C). This means even brief unprotected contact will not cause burns, ensuring absolute safety during operation and maintenance.

II. How Is Low Temperature Achieved?

  • Core Technology: Double-Layer Water-Cooled Furnace Shell: This is key to controlling surface temperature. The furnace body consists of inner and outer stainless steel plates with circulating cooling water between them, continuously carrying away heat transferred from inside the furnace, keeping the外壳 at a consistently low temperature.

  • Effective Insulation Layer: The thick graphite felt insulation layer inside the furnace chamber greatly reduces heat radiation and conduction to the外壳.
