Preparedness Prevents Peril: Redundancy Design and Stocking Recommendations for Core Graphitization Furnace Components
Glance over:- Release date:Mar 19, 2026【Big In Small

I. Redundancy at the Design Level

  • Control Point Redundancy: In the selection of core components such as PLCs and power supply controllers, we reserve no less than 20% of I/O points and channel margins. This means that even if individual interfaces are damaged, the system can quickly switch to backup points through programming, allowing online repair without equipment shutdown.

  • Power Supply Redundancy: For critical control circuits, redundant power supply modules can be optionally configured. When one power supply fails, another seamlessly takes over.

II. Proactive Spare Parts Stocking Recommendations

  • Strongly Recommended: We strongly recommend that customers, based on their production continuity requirements, purchase and stock a set of critical spare parts when the equipment is first commissioned.

  • Core Spare Parts List: Typically includes:

    • Key Electrical Components: IGBT power modules, power supply main control boards, PLC digital/analog modules, touchscreens, fuses of various specifications.

    • Key Sensors: Pyrometers, pressure sensors, vacuum gauges, etc.

    • Mechanical Consumables: Water pump mechanical seals, pneumatic valves, heating elements/insulation layers (based on predicted lifespan).

III. Support Provided by Us

Upon equipment delivery, we will provide a recommended "Spare Parts List" and offer a favorable package price based on your requirements. This is considered an "insurance" for production—a small investment that plays a crucial role when needed.
