This means that even if individual interfaces are damaged, the system can quickly switch to backup points through programming, allowing online repair without equipment shutdown.

• Power Supply Redundancy:For critical control circuits, redundant power supply modules can be optionally configured. When one power supply fails, another seamlessly takes over.

II. Proactive Spare Parts Stocking Recommendations

• Strongly Recommended:We strongly recommend that customers, based on their production continuity requirements, purchase and stock a set of critical spare parts when the equipment is first commissioned.

• Core Spare Parts List:Typically includes:

  • Key Electrical Components:IGBT power modules, power supply main control boards, PLC digital/analog modules, touchscreens, fuses of various specifications.

  • Key Sensors:Pyrometers, pressure sensors, vacuum gauges, etc.

  • Mechanical Consumables:Water pump mechanical seals, pneumatic valves, heating elements/insulation layers (based on predicted lifespan).
