I. Our Full Responsibility During Warranty Period (Free of Charge)
During the 1-year warranty period, for any failures caused by equipment design, material, or manufacturing quality under normal operation and maintenance, we provide comprehensive free repair services, specifically including:
Damaged Parts Cost: Free replacement of faulty components.
Repair Labor Cost: Free labor for repair services.
Travel Expenses: Free bearing of round-trip transportation and accommodation costs for our engineers traveling to the customer site.
II. The Following Situations Are Not Covered by Warranty (Paid Service)
To ensure fairness, equipment damage caused by customer-related reasons is not covered by the free warranty, but we can provide paid repair services:
Human Operational Errors: Damage caused by failure to operate according to the "Operation Manual" requirements.
Force Majeure: Damage caused by earthquakes, floods, fires, lightning strikes, unexpected power outages, etc.
External Factors: Damage caused by customer-provided water, electricity, gas, and other external conditions not meeting equipment requirements (such as poor water quality, unstable voltage, impure gas).
Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by拆卸, modification, or repair of the equipment by the customer themselves or third parties without authorization.
Normal Consumables: Normal wear and consumption of consumable parts such as graphite heating elements, insulation felt, and sealing rings.
III. Integrity Cooperation
We will clearly list the above terms in the "After-Sales Service Agreement" to ensure clear rights and responsibilities for both parties, establishing a long-term and mutually trusting partnership.
