Structural Advantage: Adopts a vertical furnace chamber structure, where materials experience uniform stress distribution in the direction of gravity, making it particularly suitable for precision carbon material processing such as PI film winding and carbon fiber filament shaping. Extreme Performance: Maximum temperature reaches 3000°C (typical operating temperature 2900°C), with an ultimate heating rate of up to 200°C/min, significantly improving output efficiency per unit of time. Intelligent Assurance: Equipped with high-precision infrared optical pyrometry (1000-3200°C) and a Siemens PLC system. Consumable parts are supported by high-strength rigid composite felt, providing a service life that is more than 20% longer than similar products.

Yuanhang Ultra-High Temperature Vertical GraphitizationFurnace is an induction heating system designed specifically for 3000°C-class ultra-high temperature production environments. It is widely used for the high-temperature graphitization of high-thermal-conductivity graphite films (PI film), lithium battery anode materials, and energy storage battery anode materials. The vertical structure design not only effectively saves workshop floor space but also scientifically improves the stress distribution of large-sized graphite crucibles. Combined with thickened alumina insulation materials, it achieves the perfect integration of rapid heating and low energy consumption.
