Horizontal High-Temperature Graphitization Furnace

Equipment Highlights: The horizontal structure, specifically designed for industrial mass production, offers extremely convenient loading/unloading and maintenance, along with high space utilization. Temperature Capability: With a maximum design temperature of up to 3000°C, it meets the ultimate graphitization requirements of various carbon materials, PI films, and thermal conductive films. Technological Breakthrough: Completely resolves the issue of crucible ablation and sinking common in horizontal furnaces. Equipped with a PLC digital intelligent temperature control system, it can pre-store up to 20 process curves, ensuring high production consistency.

Overview

The horizontal high-temperature graphitization furnace produced by Yuanhang Industrial Furnace is primarily used for sintering and graphitizing carbon materials, graphitizing PI films, sintering carbon fiber filaments, and processing other materials requiring ultra-high temperature treatment in a carbon atmosphere. Compared to conventional vertical furnaces, the horizontal structure operates on the same working principle but offers superior maneuverability: less labor-intensive loading/unloading, easier furnace cleaning, and more convenient daily maintenance.

Advantages Compared to Traditional Graphitization Furnaces

  • Convenient Operation: The horizontal structure makes loading, unloading, cleaning, and replacing consumable parts (such as crucibles) easier and less labor-intensive.
    High Consistency: Compared to internal series furnaces or Acheson furnaces, it offers extremely uniform temperature field, short production cycles, and highly consistent product quality.
    Technical Improvement: Successfully solves the problem of crucible ablation and sinking in horizontal furnaces, with actual measurements showing only 5mm sinking after 60 furnace runs.
    Insulation Assurance: Induction coils undergo 5 cycles of special insulation treatment, eliminating arcing and current leakage.
