Graphene Graphitization Furnace

This high-temperature graphitization furnace is a new type of furnace developed from the original medium frequency high-temperature furnace and has already been launched in the market. It is specifically designed as processing equipment for the carbonization and graphitization of graphene/polyimide composite films. It has received positive customer feedback for its accurate temperature control, stable equipment performance, simple operation, 15-25% lower power consumption per square meter compared to similar equipment on the market, as well as strong insulation and corrosion resistance. It represents a new generation of industrial graphitization furnaces.

Product characteristics
  1. 1.High degree of equipment automation. All switching components and all operating parameters are stored digitally in the PLC database, with a reserved communication interface for customer connection.

  2. 2.Ultra-high temperature furnace body up to 3000°C, meeting the carbonization and graphitization requirements of graphene/polyimide composite films.

  3. 3.Uses a digital intelligent temperature control system, fully automatic high-precision completion of temperature measurement and control. The system can heat up according to a given heating curve and can store up to twenty different process heating curves (totaling 400 segments).

  4. 4.The interior of the furnace body and all piping are treated with insulation and high-strength anti-corrosion treatment to accommodate the volatile deposition characteristics generated during thermal cracking in the carbonization and graphitization process of graphene/polyimide composite films.

  5. 5.Adopts an internal circulating pure water cooling system; digital flow monitoring system; furnace switching uses high-performance medium frequency contactors; comprehensive PLC automatic control and protection system for water, electricity, and gas.

  6. 6.The unique induction coil undergoes 5 layers of insulation treatment, completely solving the application problems of induction coils or the need for high-temperature insulation, ensuring that the coil maintains good insulation performance even when the corundum material ages or cracks. It effectively prevents coil arcing, current leakage, and other phenomena.
