Introduction

The medium frequency tungsten carbide sintering furnace developed by Yuanhang is a high-performance batch-type induction heating furnace. It utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to directly heat graphite or alloy crucibles, achieving extremely high energy conversion efficiency. The equipment is specifically tailored for the high-temperature carbonization process of various metal powders. By precisely controlling the temperature ramp curve and atmosphere environment, it ensures stable carbon content and complete lattice development in WC powder. It is an essential tool for research institutions and military-related units in the preparation of refractory alloys.
