We offer more flexible and tailored preventive maintenance support:

• Remote Monitoring and Alerts: For equipment equipped with remote monitoring systems, our engineers can periodically review operating data trends remotely, promptly identifying abnormal signs such as gradual increases in heating power or changes in cooling water temperature differences, and proactively remind customers to investigate.

• On-Demand On-Site Inspection Services: You can purchase our on-site inspection services on a per-visit basis based on equipment operating time or production batches. Our engineers will conduct a comprehensive "physical examination" of the equipment on-site, including checking seals, cleaning dust, tightening terminal connections, calibrating sensors, and issuing an inspection report.

• Replacement Planning Support: Based on equipment operating data, we can help you predict the remaining life of key consumables such as graphite heating elements and develop scientific spare parts procurement and replacement plans, enabling predictive maintenance and avoiding unplanned downtime.
