I. Current Training Model: In-Depth On-Site Training

  • No Regular Public Courses Currently: We do not currently have regular public training courses or technical exchange meetings for all customers.

  • Core Method: Customized On-Site Training: We believe the most effective training is the "one-on-one" in-depth on-site training provided for customer operation and maintenance teams during equipment installation and commissioning in the customer's actual production environment. This training is more targeted and can directly address the customer's practical problems.

II. Other Forms of Exchange

  • Continuous Update of Technical Documentation: We continuously update and enrich the technical documentation package provided to you, such as advanced application cases and maintenance videos, sharing them through online channels.

  • Targeted Technical Discussions: For customers using our equipment for important process research and development or facing common technical challenges, we can organize small-scale, targeted technical seminars for in-depth discussions.

III. Future Plans

As our customer base expands, we are planning online technical seminars and regional user exchange meetings to promote experience sharing among customers and the promotion of our new technologies.
