Performance Specifications: Maximum temperature reaches 2500°C, with ultimate vacuum reaching 1×10?? Pa. Equipped with an induction-heated tungsten crucible, ensuring material purity under extreme conditions. Intelligent Efficiency: Horizontal single-chamber structure, supporting both natural cooling and positive pressure rapid cooling modes. Integrated with Siemens PLC and 15-inch touch screen, temperature control accuracy is better than ±1°C, making it an ideal choice for pilot-scale and large-scale production.

Overview

The vacuum medium frequency sintering furnace is a batch-type induction electric furnace independently developed by Yuanhang Industrial Furnace. It utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to directly heat graphite or tungsten crucibles, achieving extremely high energy conversion efficiency. This equipment is widely used for the densification treatment of cemented carbides, superalloys, powder metallurgy materials, functional ceramics, and optoelectronic materials under ultra-high temperature, high vacuum, and protective atmosphere conditions. Particularly for the forming and sintering of refractory metals and their alloys, its performance indicators have reached industry-leading levels.
