Multi-Functional Adaptability: Supports customization of circular or square furnace chambers, suitable for complex infiltration processes involving various gas mixtures such as MTS, Ar, H?, natural gas, and others.

    Corrosion-Resistant Protection: The insulation system exterior is shielded with CFC plate assemblies, utilizing a composite structure of carbon cloth and graphite paper for enhanced resistance to silicon vapor erosion.
    Vacuum System Protection: Equipped with multi-stage filtration devices to effectively prevent exhaust gas from contaminating vacuum pumps and pipelines.
