Overview

Yuanhang Ceramic Sintering/Calcining Furnace is a new generation of high-performance electric furnace developed for new ceramic materials, powder metallurgy, and precision structural components. Compared to conventional equipment, this series of furnaces offers superior stability during extended high-temperature operation (72h+) and higher energy efficiency. Through precise atmosphere control and an advanced temperature control system, it effectively enhances the physical properties and yield rate of various specialty ceramics such as zirconia and alumina.

Note: Pressure rise rate ≤ 0.67 Pa/h. For furnace chambers of 700X700 and above, the graphite material adopts a high-strength spliced design.
