Currently, high-performance carbon-ceramic materials are primarily produced from carbon-based composite preforms using the liquid infiltration method (PIP process). The specialized vacuum impregnation equipment developed by Yuanhang utilizes alternating vacuum and pressure to infiltrate liquid PMS ceramic precursors into the pores of fiber preforms. This equipment not only supports direct impregnation but is also suitable for the combined process route of "first forming carbon-carbon preforms through chemical vapor deposition (CVD), followed by liquid infiltration (PIP) for densification."
