I. Technical Renovation Support

    • Key Component Upgrades: Upgrade SCR power supplies to more energy-efficient IGBT power supplies; replace vacuum pump sets or water chillers with more efficient models.

    • Function Expansion: Add safety interlock devices, data recorders, or remote monitoring modules.

    • Performance Restoration: Inspect and repair the furnace body, replace insulation layers, and restore or improve temperature field uniformity within the furnace chamber.

II. Renovation Process

  • On-Site Assessment: Engineers conduct on-site inspections of the equipment's current condition to assess renovation feasibility.

  • Proposal and Quotation: Provide a detailed "Technical Renovation Proposal" and quotation.

  • Construction and Acceptance: Construction is carried out at your site, followed by completion acceptance.

III. Important Considerations

  • Limitations: It should be noted that the core capabilities of the equipment such as maximum operating temperature are limited by the original mechanical design including furnace structure and materials and generally cannot be infinitely enhanced through renovation. However, through renovation, the equipment's reliability, safety, and intelligence level can be significantly improved.
