We have a large-scale in-house manufacturing base with modern standard workshops, equipped with comprehensive cutting, welding, machining, electrical assembly, and commissioning facilities. This means the entire manufacturing process, from drawings to finished products, is completed within our own system, allowing us to effectively control production processes, process quality, and manufacturing cycles.

II. Standardized Quality Management

In our production process, we strictly implement a quality management system based on ISO9001 standards. Although certification is actively in progress, our quality management practices have been throughout the entire process of design, procurement, production, inspection, commissioning, and after-sales service.

We have established Quality Control points (QC points) for key processes (such as furnace body welding, pressure testing, insulation testing), ensuring that each工序 meets standards before proceeding to the next. This guarantees the stability and reliability of equipment leaving the factory.
