I. Fully Automatic Emergency Response: The "Digital Guard"
In the event of a sudden power or water interruption, the control system initiates a "Safety Lock" sequence to protect the equipment and the materials inside:

Instant Sealing: The system immediately closes all vacuum, inlet, and exhaust valves to hermetically seal the furnace body.

Positive Pressure Maintenance: It utilizes residual protective gas to keep internal pressure slightly higher than the external atmosphere.

Oxidation Prevention: This critical step prevents oxygen from entering the furnace, which would otherwise cause severe oxidation or burnout of high-temperature graphite heaters and products. 
 
II. Physical Safety Barriers: Mechanical Pressure Relief

Beyond electronic controls, our furnaces are equipped with autonomous physical safety features:

Mechanical Explosion-Proof Valve: A specialized valve is designed to open automatically if internal pressure exceeds safe limits. 

Zero-Power Reliability: Because this valve operates on purely mechanical principles, it serves as a fail-safe barrier that requires no electricity to function.
