Efficiency Advantage: Compared to CVI and PIP processes, RMI offers higher efficiency, producing near-fully dense carbon-ceramic composites in a single infiltration step, significantly reducing production costs. Precise Temperature Control: Maximum operating temperature reaches 2300°C, featuring AI self-learning PID technology that eliminates temperature rise lag in low-temperature ranges, ensuring exceptional temperature control accuracy.

Introduction

During the preparation process of carbon-ceramic materials, RMI (Reactive Melt Infiltration) involves heating the hot zone to above 2000°C, where precursor molecules (such as silicon) are driven by capillary forces to infiltrate the porous carbon preform and undergo chemical reactions to form a new matrix. This process, characterized by its high efficiency and low cost, has become a key technology for advancing the large-scale application of carbon-ceramic composites.

Smart Control

To address the common challenge of temperature rise lag in the low-temperature section of industrial furnaces, Yuanhang Industrial Furnace employs multi-stage AI self-learning PID and temperature control curve fitting technologies. Through algorithmic compensation, it achieves highly consistent temperature control accuracy across the entire range from room temperature to 2000°C.
