The continuous production line for carbon paper/carbon cloth designed by Yuanhang Industrial Furnace is a large-scale manufacturing system developed for fuel cells, specialty fabrics, and flexible carbon fiber materials. The production line integrates automatic unwinding/rewinding, low-temperature tar removal, medium-temperature carbonization, high-temperature carbonization, and ultra-high temperature graphitization modules. Through precise temperature field balancing and atmosphere protection, it achieves continuous modification of high-performance materials.

1. Low-Temperature Carbonization & Tar Removal Zone
• Function:Used for pretreatment and low-temperature carbonization of composite carbon cloth.
• Specifications: 4-meter long furnace chamber (W800mm*H150mm), rated temperature 850°C.
• Heating: Top and bottom zone heating with high-temperature resistance wires, precise temperature control using S-type platinum-rhodium thermocouples.
2. Medium-High Temperature Carbonization Zone
• Function: Achieves high-degree carbonization and densification of the substrate.
• Temperature: Operating temperature 1650°C, maximum 1700°C.
• Control: Adjustable gate valve at the furnace opening (0-80mm adjustable range), slight positive pressure protection with nitrogen/argon atmosphere.
