I. Core Material: Double-Layer 304 Stainless Steel
Main Material: Our high-temperature graphitization furnaces primarily use national standard 304 stainless steel for the furnace shell and main structural components.
Reason for Selection: 304 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, good high-temperature strength, and mature processing technology. It effectively copes with the workshop environment and ensures long-term structural stability.
Special Design: The furnace body features a double-layer water-cooled structure. Cooling water channels are designed between the two layers of stainless steel plates. After water cooling, the surface temperature of the furnace shell can be maintained within a safe range while effectively protecting the furnace shell from deformation.
II. Sealing Technology: Fluororubber O-Rings
Sealing Components: The equipment widely uses fluororubber (FKM) O-rings for dynamic seals (such as furnace doors) and static sealing points.
Performance Advantages: Compared to ordinary rubber, fluororubber has excellent high-temperature resistance (long-term service temperature from -20°C to above +200°C), outstanding vacuum performance, and resistance to most chemicals (such as oils, solvents). It is an ideal choice for sealing vacuum and pressure equipment.
Installation Position: All sealing rings are installed on water-cooled metal flanges, ensuring they operate in a suitable temperature environment,延缓 aging, and ensuring long-term sealing effectiveness.
III. Comprehensive Value
This combination of "stainless steel skeleton + fluororubber seals" provides a solid physical guarantee for the equipment to operate stably under long-term repeated thermal stress cycles and slight positive pressure/vacuum conditions.
