Overview

Yuanhang Vacuum Sintering and Debinding Integrated Furnace is a high-efficiency batch-type heat treatment equipment. It is widely used for the debinding and sintering processes of cemented carbides, high-density alloys, stainless steel products, magnetic materials, and ceramic powders. During the debinding stage, the system can introduce a small amount of directional gas based on the binder content of the product to achieve efficient dewaxing. During the sintering stage, a high vacuum environment ensures the purity of the material.

Integrated Furnace

1. 1.Directional Gas Flow Debinding: The system can introduce a small amount of protective gas to achieve directional gas flow debinding, ensuring complete removal of the binder.

2. 2.Highly Reliable Sealing Structure: Horizontal single-chamber water-cooled jacket with a double-door manual clamping design, with the inner layer made of stainless steel anti-corrosion material.

3. 3.Fully Automatic Pneumatic Control: Key valves in the vacuum system are controlled pneumatically, combined with a Siemens PLC, offering intuitive operation and high stability.

4. 4.Safe Pressure Relief System: The furnace body is equipped with an electric contact pressure gauge that automatically triggers pressure relief in case of overpressure, ensuring comprehensive operational safety.

5. 5.Efficient Circulation Rapid Cooling: Integrates a fan impeller and built-in heat exchanger. Introducing Ar gas allows for rapid cooling of workpieces, significantly shortening the single-furnace cycle.
