This PI Film Carbonization Furnace series is the essential pre-treatment equipment for high-thermal conductivity graphite material production. Addressing the large volume of organic volatiles generated during the carbonization phase of Polyimide films, the furnace features a reinforced water-cooled sealing structure and multi-stage tar condensation traps. Its excellent thermal uniformity ensures stable degassing up to 950°C, setting the stage for subsequent high-temperature graphitization.
