Intelligent Integration: Features a horizontal/vertical single-chamber structure, equipped with far-infrared precision pyrometry and a Siemens PLC control system, supporting multi-stage process programming to ensure high consistency of material properties.

Overview

The vacuum medium frequency sintering furnace is a batch-type induction heating equipment developed by Yuanhang Industrial Furnace. This equipment is widely used in fields such as cemented carbides, superalloys, optoelectronic materials, functional ceramics, and powder metallurgy. Specifically designed for the powder forming and sintering of refractory metals like tungsten, molybdenum, and their alloys, this equipment excels in ultra-high temperature (up to 2500°C) and high vacuum (10?? Pa level) environments.

    Flexible Cooling: Natural cooling in the high-temperature section, and supports forced circulation cooling with positive pressure inert gas in the low-temperature section, significantly shortening production cycles.
    Full Environment Adaptability: Suitable for operation under hydrogen (H?), nitrogen (N?), inert gas protection, or high vacuum conditions up to 1×10?? Pa.
    Precision Monitoring: Utilizes a far-infrared optical pyrometry system with a temperature measurement accuracy of 0.2~0.75%, ensuring precise and controllable temperature field.
