I. High-Quality Optical Materials
Standard Configuration: Our equipment is equipped with high-temperature resistant optical viewports.
Material Selection: Based on customer operating temperature and application requirements, we offer two main options:
Sapphire Glass: Suitable for ultra-high temperature conditions from 1800°C up to 3000°C, featuring higher temperature resistance, hardness, and light transmittance—the ideal choice for ultra-high temperature applications.
Quartz Glass: Suitable for operating conditions below 1800°C, offering high cost-effectiveness.
II. Convenient Quick-Connect Maintenance Design
Anti-Contamination Design: The viewport is typically equipped with a purge gas port, allowing a small amount of protective gas to be introduced to form a gas curtain, preventing volatiles from condensing on the inner surface of the window.
Cleaning and Replacement: The viewport features a quick-connect flange structure. When the outer surface needs cleaning, first close the isolation valve in front, connection to the furnace interior, then easily unscrew the quick-connect retaining ring to remove the window for cleaning (using alcohol or specialized cleaning solution). The entire process requires no shutdown for cooling, taking only a few minutes, greatly improving equipment utilization.
