Clear Responsibilities and Authorities: Multi-Level Permission Management in Graphite Furnace Control Systems
Glance over:- Release date:Mar 18, 2026【Big In Small
I. Level 8 Operational Permission Management
The control system sets up a total of 8 different permission levels, which can be roughly categorized from lowest to highest as:

Observer: Can only view the device's operating status and parameters and cannot perform any operations.

Operator: Can perform routine startup, pause, and stop operations, invoking existing formulas, but cannot modify process parameters.

Craftsmen/Engineers: With higher permissions, they can edit, modify, create, and store new process formulas.

Administrator/Superuser: With the highest permissions, they can perform core operations such as account management, permission allocation, system parameter settings, backup, and recovery.

II.Craft Formula Encryption Function

Support for Encryption: The system supports encrypting and locking key process formulas. Once encrypted, low-privilege users (such as operators) can only call for execution but cannot view or modify the specific parameters of the recipe (such as temperature and time).

Core values:

Technical Confidentiality: Effectively protecting a company's core manufacturing process intellectual property and preventing technological leaks.

Quality Assurance: Prevent operators from accidentally modifying key parameters to ensure consistency and stability in product processes.

III.Management Convenience

Administrators can conveniently create separate accounts and passwords for each operator and assign them the appropriate permissions. All critical operations are logged by the system to achieve traceability of operational behavior.
