Square High-Temperature Graphitization Furnace

Structural Advantage: Features a square horizontal furnace chamber specifically designed for square graphite boxes, multi-layer stacked graphite paper, and laminated films, eliminating dead zones during loading and significantly improving space utilization. High Efficiency & Energy Saving: With a maximum operating temperature of 3000°C, the more compact loading effectively reduces electricity consumption per unit of output, offering superior production efficiency compared to traditional graphitization furnaces. Intelligent Control: Equipped with a high-precision digital intelligent temperature control system and the latest IGBT power supply, supporting 400-segment process curve programming for fully automatic unattended operation.

Overview

In graphitization production, when the product shape is square (such as graphite boxes or multi-layer stacked graphite paper), conventional cylindrical graphitization furnaces create significant dead space, resulting in dual waste of energy and space. Yuanhang Industrial Furnace has redesigned the square horizontal graphitization furnace, which not only retains the advantages of easy loading/unloading and simple maintenance inherent to horizontal furnaces but also solves space utilization challenges through structural improvements, making it the optimal choice for modern carbon material production lines.
