Carbon Fiber Composite Rigid Felt for Furnace Insulation

einforced Composite Rigid Felt, Graphite Rigid Felt (commonly also referred to as carbon fiber-reinforced composite rigid felt, solidified felt, etc.) is manufactured by integrating graphite paper, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon felt, and polyacrylonitrile-based carbon cloth into a unified whole using a special process. After solidification molding, it undergoes primary and secondary high-temperature treatments. Its ablation resistance, thermal shock resistance, resistance to gas flow erosion, and thermal insulation performance are all excellent.


Reinforced Composite Rigid Felt, Graphite Rigid Felt (commonly also referred to as carbon fiber-reinforced composite rigid felt, solidified felt, etc.) is manufactured by integrating graphite paper, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon felt, and polyacrylonitrile-based carbon cloth into a unified whole using a special process. After solidification molding, it undergoes primary and secondary high-temperature treatments. Its ablation resistance, thermal shock resistance, resistance to gas flow erosion, and thermal insulation performance are all excellent.

It is mainly used in vacuum furnaces and various types of metallurgical industrial furnaces (including monocrystalline silicon growth furnaces, polycrystalline silicon casting furnaces, polycrystalline silicon reduction furnaces, polycrystalline silicon ingot furnaces, high-pressure gas quenching furnaces, hot isostatic pressing furnaces, thermal equilibrium furnaces, low-pressure sintering furnaces, and pressurized vacuum sintering furnaces). It is widely applied in industries such as national defense, metallurgy, and chemicals.
