Overview

Yuanhang Vacuum Sintering and Debinding Integrated Furnace is a high-efficiency batch-type heat treatment equipment. It is widely used for the debinding and sintering processes of cemented carbides, high-density alloys, stainless steel products, magnetic materials, and ceramic powders. During the debinding stage, the system can introduce a small amount of directional gas based on the binder content of the product to achieve efficient dewaxing. During the sintering stage, a high vacuum environment ensures the purity of the material.
