Product Overview
This PI Film Carbonization Furnace series is the essential pre-treatment equipment for high-thermal conductivity graphite material production. Addressing the large volume of organic volatiles generated during the carbonization phase of Polyimide films, the furnace features a reinforced water-cooled sealing structure and multi-stage tar condensation traps. Its excellent thermal uniformity ensures stable degassing up to 950°C, setting the stage for subsequent high-temperature graphitization.
Key Advantages
- Flatness Control: Optimized multi-zone heating and 30-stage micro-computer curve control allow for slow de-tarring, resolving warping and bubbling issues during PI film stacking.
- Efficient Exhaust Management: Dedicated tar traps with large-diameter exhaust channels enable real-time condensation of high-concentration organics, preventing carbon buildup and pipeline blockage.
- Superior Sealing: Double-layer water-cooled flange seals provide resistance to volatile corrosion, ensuring long-term airtightness and safety under reducing atmospheres.
- Scalable Customization: Available from 50L (Lab scale) to 2000L (Production scale), with internal loading racks customizable to specific customer processes.
