Medical Implant Vacuum Furnace

Medical Implant Vacuum Furnace

A specialized vacuum stress relief solution designed for orthopedic implants, dental brackets, and precision medical devices. Strictly adhering to medical cleanliness standards, it eliminates internal stresses from 3D printing or machining in high-vacuum or ultra-pure argon environments, ensuring titanium alloys remain oxide-free and non-brittle to protect biocompatibility.

Product Overview

This series of medical implant vacuum furnaces is developed for the stringent requirements of the medical device industry. Primarily used for stress relief annealing and solution treatment of Titanium (Gr5, Ti-6Al-4V ELI), Cobalt-Chrome alloys, and 316LVM stainless steel. The oil-free and dust-free design, combined with high-precision vacuum control, eliminates hydrogen and oxygen embrittlement risks, ensuring the reliability of implanted parts.

Key Advantages

  • Biocompatibility Protection: Strict control of oxygen and vacuum levels prevents surface embrittlement layers, ensuring implants meet clinical mechanical and biological standards.

  • Medical Cleanliness Standard: Specialized cleaning of furnace components ensures an oil-free and volatile-free environment, compliant with medical GMP production requirements.

  • Full Data Traceability: Intelligent control records and exports temp/vacuum curves, providing heat treatment reports compliant with FDA or ISO 13485 standards.

  • Deformation Control: Optimized thermal uniformity is ideal for complex, thin-walled 3D-printed implant structures.
