Overview
Yuanhang Continuous Carbonization Furnace for Carbon Fiber is a large-scale production line developed for polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based, pitch-based, viscose-based fibers, and fuel cell carbon paper. By precisely controlling the fiber travel speed and temperature field gradient, this production line facilitates the chemical transformation of materials under a controlled atmosphere. The equipment integrates an advanced adaptive tension system, solving the industry challenges of easy breakage and wrinkling of flexible materials during continuous processing. It is a core piece of equipment for achieving domestic substitution in high-end carbon material production.
