Core Function: Specifically designed for vacuum impregnation densification of carbon-ceramic composites (C/C-SiC), efficiently converting liquid ceramic organic precursors such as PMS into inorganic ceramics. Automation Advantages: Supports automatic multi-cycle impregnation and automatic calculation of preform weight gain, with full internal space corrosion protection treatment tailored to precursor characteristics. Process Integration: Equipped with a dedicated automatic transfer cart, enabling seamless integration with Yuanhang's series of carbonization furnaces, sintering furnaces, and pyrolysis furnaces to create an automated carbon-ceramic production line.

Overview

Currently, high-performance carbon-ceramic materials are primarily produced from carbon-based composite preforms using the liquid infiltration method (PIP process). The specialized vacuum impregnation equipment developed by Yuanhang utilizes alternating vacuum and pressure to infiltrate liquid PMS ceramic precursors into the pores of fiber preforms. This equipment not only supports direct impregnation but is also suitable for the combined process route of "first forming carbon-carbon preforms through chemical vapor deposition (CVD), followed by liquid infiltration (PIP) for densification."
