Product Overview
This series is primarily designed for the precipitation hardening (ageing) of Beryllium Copper (QBe2, C17200, etc.) and bright stress-relief annealing of Oxygen-Free Copper. Given copper's high sensitivity to oxygen, this equipment utilizes a fully sealed stainless steel muffle tank combined with high-vacuum or reducing atmospheres (H2/Ar/N2). This ensures maximum surface stability up to 950°C, preventing the formation of oxide scale.
Key Application Values
- Hardness Consistency: Multi-zone independent heating and segmented PID regulation ensure a uniform thermal field, minimizing the hardness gradient in mass-produced parts.
- Oxidation Prevention: With an ultimate vacuum of up to 10-3 Pa, it eliminates copper discoloration, preserving the original bright reddish luster.
- Performance Optimization: Precise control of heating and soaking curves optimizes the elastic modulus, fatigue strength, and conductivity of Beryllium Copper.
- Production Efficiency: Optional forced cooling systems are available to shorten cycle times and increase throughput.
