I. Systematic Training Arrangement

• Training Duration:Training the entire installation and commissioning cycle (approximately 1 week). Our engineers provide hands-on training along the way, actual equipment operation to ensure close integration of theory and practice.

• Number of Trainees:We recommend and require that customers arrange forat least 3 key operators and maintenance personnelto participate in the full training, ensuring knowledge transfer and subsequent work rotation. There is no upper limit on, and additional relevant personnel are welcome to observe.

II. Comprehensive Training Content

• Theoretical Explanation:Equipment structure, working principles, safety regulations.

• Practical Operation:Startup/shutdown, process recipe editing and recall, daily operation procedures, handling abnormal situations.

• Maintenance Practice:Daily inspections, regular maintenance items, common fault diagnosis and troubleshooting methods.

• Assessment and Q&A:Simple assessment after training, and on-site answers to all questions, ensuring"we teach until you master it."

III. Training Materials

We will provide the training PPT and guide operators to perform actual operations对照 the"Operation Manual"and"Maintenance Manual"we provide, cultivating their ability to consult documentation and solve problems independently.
