Standard Configuration:The standard temperature control accuracy of our equipment is±0.1% FS(FS refers to the range of the pyrometer used). For example, for a pyrometer with a range of 3000°C, the temperature control accuracy across the entire range is±3°C. This already meets the needs of the vast majority of industrial applications.

High-Precision Option:For customers with special requirements (such as advanced material research and development, processes extremely sensitive to temperature), we can provide a high-end configuration with temperature control accuracy up to±0.05% FS(i.e.,±1.5°C). This solution employs more精密 control algorithms and components.
II. Temperature Measurement Point Configuration: Single-Point Main Control and Expansion Capabilities

Standard Configuration:To ensure direct and reliable control, our standard configuration uses1 independent temperature measurement point(the infrared pyrometer mentioned above) as the main control temperature signal source for the system.

Multi-Point, Multi-Zone Temperature Control Option:If your process requires more precise balanced control of different zones within the furnace (e.g., for extra-long furnace chambers), we can optionally configuremultiple pyrometers and multi-zone independent heating control systemsto achieve genuine multi-zone precise temperature control, ensuring excellent temperature field uniformity throughout the effective heating zone.

III. Technical Support Behind the Accuracy
High precision depends not only on the temperature measurement components but also on advancedPID control algorithms, high-performance power regulation systems (such as IGBT power supplies), and fast system response. Our control system is meticulously tuned to effectively suppress overshoot and achieve smooth, precise temperature tracking.
