After the warranty expires, you still enjoy 7x24 hour technical support. When on-site service is needed, response time commitments remain consistent with those during the warranty period. We dispatch the same experienced factory engineers to ensure repair quality.

For valued customers, we can also offer annual maintenance service contract options. With a fixed annual fee model, this covers full-year remote technical support, regular inspections, a defined number of on-site service visits, and parts discounts, helping you better budget and manage maintenance costs.
